Not in Marler: The same re-entry, but from the Post Office Panes, was well described by Marler on page 112, but it appears that he was unaware of this CPVs existence in coil format.
The Major Re-entry ~ 12LR35 ~ "is by far the most spectacular of all the re-entries in the Admiral issue…all of that part of the design below the two crowns is doubled, the doubling being particularly noticeable at the bottom where the right numeral, the vertical and bottom lines of the box, and the lower right corner are very obviously doubled. The doubling of the bottom of the portrait, the letters of ONE CENT, and the lines in all of the leaves (are) also obvious though not quite as marked."
