1 Cent Green 12LR35 Major Re-entry

The Major Re-entry ~ 12LR35 ~ "is by far the most spectacular of all the re-entries in the Admiral issue…all of that part of the design below the two crowns is doubled, the doubling being particularly noticeable at the bottom where the right numeral, the vertical and bottom lines of the box, and the lower right corner are very obviously doubled. The doubling of the bottom of the portrait, the letters of ONE CENT, and the lines in all of the leaves (are) also obvious though not quite as marked."

Not in Marler: The same re-entry, but from the Post Office Panes, was well described by Marler on page 112, but it appears that he was unaware of this CPVs existence in coil format.

Not in Marler: Doubling in the Upper Left and to a lesser extent in the Lower Right, with marks in many of the letters of CANADA POSTAGE. Doubling is also indicated by the many horizontal marks in the lower left of the Inner Oval.

"Doubling of the right "2," the top, bottom and vertical lines of the right box, the right half of the bottom of the frame, the left side of the frame and the upper left spandrel"

Not in Marler: strong doubling in and below CANA and in and below STAG

5 Cent Blue 8UL5 Major Re-entry

"Doubling of CANADA POSTAGE and the top lines in the upper right, with marks inside the oval band at left centre and below CANADA POST; inside the left side of the frame a line has been added extending from line 3 in the upper left the sixth line above the left numeral box; the vertical line in the upper right and the upper right frame junction line have been retouched as have also the oval line and part of the vertical line in the lower right."

7 Cent Bistre 1L72 Major Re-entry

"doubling in the left margin from opposite leaf 3 to opposite N, inside the right side of the frame from opposite leaf 3 to opposite A, in and above CAN and outside left center, and in and below AGE and inside right center.

7 Cent Bistre 1L73 Major Re-entry

"Doubling in the left margin opposite C (1.5 mm) and inside the frame opposite GE, in and above CA, and in and below GE; the frame is defective below the left numeral box and C." A strong notch with the horizontal in line with the base of the 'E' and the vertical starting well right of centre.
