Constant Flaws

Marler did not discuss many Plate Flaws in is puplications, but they were clearly part of his collecting inerests. Plate flaws are the result of damage to the printing plate and can occur during plate preparation or after the plate entered the stamp production process. The later would be more challenging to find.
When two or more examples of a Plate Flaw have been reported, it is considered to be constant and will be listed.
