Based on Leopold Beaudet's examination of the plate proofs at Archives Canada, this is actually from 5LL2. Note that this stamp is type O1. The dot in the top margin above the 'O' is constant.
2¢ Carmine 6LR92 Not in Marler: Very large Guide Dot in the left inner oval. The mark in the bottom margin, below the E of Cents, is constant and will help ID this position.

1¢ Green 12LL98 Not in Marler: A large dot in the inner oval above the 'O' of One. There are several faint horizontal lines through the inner vertical line which project slightly into the right numeral box.
10¢ Blue 22LL4 "a doubling of the top line of the numeral boxes, or at least one of them, a thick or slightly doubled bottom line, a thicker bottom of the frame and some doubling of the figures in the numeral boxes, and some of the letters of CENTS.'
2+1¢ Brown War Tax Flaw in Upper Left a Not in Marler: A strong vertical slash from near the bottom of the upper left spandrel, through the outer oval and just touching the 'C' of Canada.
