The suggested position of this item is Leo Beaudet's "best guess" and will very likely be confirmed when the plate proofs are again available to the public.

If this is a proper image for 76LL13, then Marler was less than kind in his description. Note the doubling in the inner oval below ANADA, the doubling in the upper left frame, the marks in OSTAGE and the doubling in the left '2'.
